Join us on Wednesday, June 17 as we come together in Raleigh to defend the most fundamental right of a democracy, which the governor and General Assembly have tried to take away from the people: the unabridged right to vote.
If you disagree the General Assembly's campaign to suppress the vote, its rules to stifle protest and limit how loudly we can exercise our First Amendment rights, and if you want to deliver one final letter to our legislators calling on them to repeal their voter suppression law before our trial begins in July, join us on Wednesday!
Please meet us at 3 p.m. at Davie Street Presbyterian Church (300 E. Davie St., Raleigh) if you are interested in learning about civil disobedience. At 4:30 p.m., we will be gathering at Bicentennial Mall before entering the General Assembly. RSVP on Facebook HERE. If you cannot attend, you can watch the live stream HERE.
